Systems Strategist | Workflows, Organization & Accountability
I help overwhelmed individuals, entrepreneurs, and small teams turn scattered work, competing priorities, and half-working systems into something that actually works for them. I’m a Systems Strategist with years of experience across HR, payroll, operations, and administrative systems. I created my Imperfectly Balanced framework around one simple idea: the best system isn’t the most perfect one—it’s the one you can actually maintain. And when I say systems, I don’t just mean digital tools. A system can be how you organize your workday, onboard an employee, run payroll, manage your inbox, follow up with clients, keep your physical workspace functional, prioritize when everything feels urgent, or simply remember what needs to happen next. Sometimes technology is part of the solution. Sometimes it isn’t. I first figure out how you or your business actually functions, where things are breaking down, and what would make life easier. Clients typically come to me when: • Their inbox, calendar, tasks, or follow-ups feel out of control • Everything feels important and they don’t know what to tackle first • They’ve tried Notion, planners, or productivity systems that didn’t stick • Their business has grown faster than their internal processes • HR, payroll, onboarding, or administrative processes need structure • Their physical or digital organization isn’t working for them • Things keep falling through the cracks • They need accountability and implementation—not another list of recommendations What I can help with: • Workflow and process design • Personal and business organization systems • Notion and digital organization • Inbox, calendar, task, and follow-up systems • Prioritization and realistic routines • HR systems, policies, onboarding, and employee processes • Payroll setup, processes, and ongoing support • SOPs and administrative systems • Accountability and ongoing support • Hands-on “do it for you” implementation Not sure where to start? That’s completely normal. We can begin with a focused 60–90 minute working session where we untangle what’s happening, identify what actually needs attention, and create clear, realistic next steps. My approach is intentionally practical and human. I want to understand how you naturally work first, then create systems around you—not force you to fit someone else’s idea of productivity. Sometimes you need a better process. Sometimes you need an HR or payroll expert. Sometimes the problem is your inbox. Sometimes it’s the pile of paperwork on your desk. And sometimes you just need someone to sit beside you, untangle the mess, and help you get it done. That’s what Imperfectly Balanced is built for.
