WHERE I HAVE DONE THIS AT SCALE At PUBLIC Hotel in NYC I led a full OPERA to Stayntouch migration end to end, on schedule, with no operational downtime. I trained 50+ staff across the US, Germany, and China, rebuilt voice reservations in SynXis and took call answer rates from 20% to 90%, and cleared a $200K+ travel agent commission backlog going back to 2016. I currently run revenue configuration and OTA channel strategy for a multi-property resort collection, handling Stayntouch and SiteMinder across two properties with different rate structures and distribution needs. Before hospitality I spent seven years as a top-producing Sales Manager at Allstate. That is where the CRM and pipeline discipline comes from, and I bring it to hotel revenue the same way: do not chase occupancy, protect margin.
