Every system above follows the same structure: an orchestrator runs the workflow, an AI agent handles any step that needs reasoning, and API integrations connect it to your existing stack. For established automations with a clear, repeatable process, I use n8n. For systems that are still evolving or need fast iteration, I use Claude Code. The AI layer handles judgment, and API integrations move the data from one service to another. Discovery call (30 min) I go through your current system and map it step by step. What triggers it, what decisions you make, and where it breaks. If it's a fit, you get a scoped proposal with milestones and a timeline. 2. Build Short iterations with progress updates every few days. You always know what's built and what's in flight. Each completed section gets tested on your actual data before the next one goes on top. 3. Demo & Handoff I do a walkthrough on your actual data. The system runs end-to-end on a live call. You get the workflows, documented credentials, and a delivery report covering what was built and how to operate it. 4. Post-delivery support Anything that breaks or needs tuning in the first two weeks, I fix. Most issues in this window are edge cases the test data didn't catch, or small process tweaks once you start using it live.
