Mansoor M.

I'm a real estate virtual assistant who handles the backend work that keeps agents and teams closing deals - MLS listing management, transaction coordination, CRM cleanup and automation, and the daily admin that pulls you away from clients. I've worked with US-based realtors and brokers since 2022, supporting day-to-day operations across Lofty, KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Top Producer, ZipForm, DocuSign, SkySlope, and Canva. I prepare CMAs, build pipelines, run lead follow-up sequences, and document SOPs so your operation doesn't fall apart when life gets busy. What makes working with me different: when you hire me, I'm the one doing the work - no handoff to a generic VA pool. I hold an MBA in Marketing (Murdoch University) and scored 88/90 on the PTE Academic, so written communication and reporting won't be a friction point. Beyond core real estate ops, I also build GoHighLevel funnels, set up Meta and Google Ads, and design Canva marketing assets when you need that side handled too. If you're an agent, broker, or team drowning in back-end work, send me a message with what's on your plate. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit and how I'd approach it.
