Is your team losing velocity to unclear priorities, missed milestones, or workflow chaos? That's exactly what I fix. I'm an Operations Director and Development Director with 20 years delivering AAA titles at EA, DICE and Gameloft — including Battlefield 2042 (4M+ units in week one) and Need for Speed Heat. I've led cross-functional teams through complex, high-pressure deliveries and built the systems that made it possible. I partner selectively with studios and tech companies that need senior operational leadership with long-term impact. I don't just manage projects — I build the infrastructure that makes your team self-sufficient. Not sure where your bottlenecks are? Start with my 5-day Operational Audit. You'll walk away with a clear diagnosis and an action plan — no commitment beyond that.
