Whether I am helping you build complex robotics or a tiny consumer product, I can promise you this: I will care. I will put as much effort and attention into every single detail as I physically have time for! Now, let me tell you about my experience: I have executed comprehensive R&D projects both leading teams of up to 12 engineers and working completely solo. On the technical side, my day-to-day work covers the full engineering lifecycle: - R&D & Product Cycle: End-to-end development from initial concept to production-ready design - Industrial Design & Aesthetics: Human-centered styling and ergonomics—because a product has to not only work, but also be beautiful! - Advanced Mechanical Design: Generative design, advanced kinematics, and complex mechanisms - Mechatronics Integration: Closed-loop systems, sensor networks, and electro-mechanical drive systems - Simulation & Validation: High-fidelity FEA (structural/fatigue) and CFD analysis - Manufacturing Readiness: DFMA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) and GD&T tolerance analysis - Risk & Control: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and dynamic control algorithms But engineering is only half the battle. To wrap things up, I want to leave you with a quote from a fantastic film: "The Imitation Game". The scene goes like this: Alan Turing is being interviewed for a codebreaker position by Commander Denniston. At one point, the commander states that Enigma - the German encryption device - is unbreakable. Turing simply replies: “Let me try, and then we’ll know for sure.” So, if you have an "impossible" engineering challenge on your hands—let me try. Maybe it will turn out to be not so impossible after all!
