I support businesses across two areas: IT/SaaS operations and SME business coordination. On the IT side, I recently built and co-developed a live SaaS platform — TenderAlerts MY — a government tender monitoring system for Malaysia. The platform uses Python web scraping, REST APIs, Telegram bot notifications, and a full web dashboard. I am comfortable working with technical teams on SaaS operations, data collection, API testing, research, and IT coordination tasks. On the business side, I have experience supporting SMEs with sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination, market research, customer service, and daily operations. I have handled vendor management, lead generation, mystery shopping audits, and administrative reporting across various industries in Malaysia. My services include: Web scraping & data collection Telegram bot setup & support SaaS operations & IT coordination API testing & research Supplier sourcing & procurement Market research & lead generation Customer service & business coordination Mystery shopping & site audits Data entry & reporting I am highly responsive, organized, and committed to quality work.
