Power Platform and Azure Engineer | Dataverse | C# APIs
I build and stabilize Power Platform environments where data integrity, automation reliability, and reporting accuracy matter. Across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Azure, I have worked on environments supporting 75+ users across 4 business units and more than 1.2M Dataverse records, fixing the issues that usually sit beneath the UI: duplicate updates, conflicting records, unreliable reporting, weak data models, and integrations that fail under retry or concurrency conditions. Recent work includes: - Rebuilt Dataverse schemas separating operational and reporting data, reducing duplicate and conflicting records by up to 85% and cutting reconciliation work by 12+ hours per month. - Corrected Power Automate flows that were firing repeated updates under retry conditions, eliminating 1,000+ duplicate transactions per month and reducing recurring automation failures by roughly 90%. - Built C# APIs and Azure services to validate and control SQL writes outside the app layer, supporting 25,000+ transactions per month with stronger validation, error handling, and transaction control. - Improved Power BI reporting architecture so operational metrics could be reconciled directly against source systems rather than manually validated. - Established clearer boundaries between Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and SQL, making environments easier to troubleshoot, maintain, and extend. My architecture is intentionally straightforward: Dataverse owns structure and lifecycle, Canvas Apps remain readable, Power Automate handles orchestration rather than core business rules, and Azure services handle integrations and transactions that need stronger guarantees. The result is a Power Platform environment that is stable, auditable, understandable, and safe to change.
