In October a field-service startup brought me their brief. I mapped it out with both founders on a whiteboard, and 18 days later their AI quoting app was live on their own accounts. From their review: "his ability to translate technical requirements into real tangible business outcomes." I am the lead software developer for Air Marshalls Environmental Consultants, where I built the operations portal their multi-branch field team runs every day. Over the last 100 days, I have shipped 195 changes to that live system. Live-Production Full Stack I build with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase with row-level security, Vercel, Stripe, and Twilio. I verify changes on the live site, not only in the build log. AI Features and Logic My rule is that AI drafts and code or a person decides. The lab-report generator I built cut the company's report turnaround by roughly 85 percent, with a human verification step before anything is saved. I also build MCP servers that give AI assistants controlled access to real systems. Security I test my own systems the way an attacker would. My most recent review found nine real issues, including prompt injection and broken authorization. Each one was fixed and locked with a test, and known-vulnerable dependencies went from twelve to zero. My development goal is to connect the requested features with the current capabilities of the product or system. I am a private pilot, which is where the checklist habit comes from.
