With 13+ years in adult education and instructional design, I’ve built learning systems for teams ranging from 20 to 100+ employees across onboarding, compliance, and operational training. Discovery We align on your team, your gaps, and what success looks like. 2. Blueprint I map the full learning structure: modules, flow, formats, and priorities. You approve the plan before development begins. 3. Design I build a prototype or sample lesson first. You see the look, feel, and logic before I develop everything else. 4. Development I build the full program – microlearning modules, AI video lessons, structured materials, or LMS setup. Two revision rounds included. 5. Handover You receive final files and a system your team can maintain and scale without me. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, traveling, and learning new languages (currently Romanian).
