I turn 3D scans into parametric CAD that a supplier can tool up from. If your part is headed for injection molding, CNC machining, or casting, the model is built for that process from the start. A lot of reverse engineering ends with a clean mesh or an auto-surfaced solid you can’t edit. I build fully parametric models with proper constraints and design intent, so you can change a dimension or a draft angle without rebuilding the part. I work in Geomagic Design X and Siemens NX and take on single parts and full assemblies. If all you have is an STL, I can turn it into an editable STEP the same way. For injection molding I take care of the details that usually cause trouble at the toolmaker: draft angles, uniform wall thickness, ribs and bosses, shrinkage compensation, and geometry that leaves room for a sensible gate. I scan with a Revopoint MetroY Pro and print on a Bambu Lab P1S, so I can print a prototype and check the fit before you pay for tooling. Recent work: A handheld ergonomic product, scanned and redesigned to the client’s spec, then optimized for injection molding (rigid two-part core with a rubber overmold). The full front suspension of a C5 Corvette (knuckle, lower and upper control arms), including validation of the kinematic hard points. A Honda K-Series valve cover with complex organic surfaces, rebuilt for manufacturing. Most of my clients are automotive, motorsport, and product development teams.
