B2B SaaS Sales Ops Consultant | Build a Repeatable Sales Process
Your sales team can be busy without the sales process actually working. Leads are being contacted. Meetings are happening. Proposals are going out. But deals still stall, follow-ups slip, CRM updates are inconsistent, and management keeps asking, “What is actually moving?” That is usually not an activity problem. It is a sales-system problem. I work mainly with B2B SaaS, software, and technology-services founders and small sales teams that have sales activity but need more structure, visibility, and consistency. My role is to help turn scattered sales activity into a clear, repeatable sales process — with defined stages, better qualification, disciplined follow-up, useful CRM workflows, and a management rhythm that keeps opportunities moving. I typically help build or improve: - B2B sales strategy and sales-process design - CRM pipelines, stages, workflows, and next-action discipline - Qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, and follow-up processes - Sales SOPs, playbooks, and operating guidelines - Pipeline reporting, KPIs, and decision-focused sales reviews - ICP, positioning, messaging, and business-development processes The outcome is not more process for its own sake. It is knowing which deals are real, what should happen next, where opportunities are getting stuck, and what the team needs to do to move them forward. I bring 30+ years of experience building and operating enterprise software businesses. I have personally sold and delivered solutions to 500+ enterprise customers, helped build 7+ products used by more than 1 million users, and closed over $1 million in ARR. More recently, I have helped a B2B technology company put structure around a largely informal sales operation — introducing sales tracking, CRM stages, next-action discipline, quotation standards, structured reporting, and a decision-focused review cadence. My approach is practical and hands-on. I do not deliver a generic strategy presentation and disappear. I first understand how you currently sell, where opportunities stall, what information is missing, and where the team is losing consistency. Then we build only what is needed — whether that is a clearer sales process, a better CRM structure, stronger follow-up discipline, a sales playbook, or a more useful review rhythm. If your sales activity feels harder to manage than it should, send me a short note describing where things tend to break down — pipeline, qualification, CRM usage, follow-up, proposals, or sales reviews. I’ll tell you what I would look at first.
