Kelly R.

I’m a Product & Delivery leader with 10+ years of experience driving execution across digital product, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. I specialize in aligning strategy with delivery — translating complex business goals into clear roadmaps, structured execution plans, and scalable operating systems. My background spans SaaS, agency, consulting, and enterprise environments. I’ve led cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations — managing everything from web and mobile applications to CRM implementations, analytics initiatives, and large-scale digital marketing programs (including 200+ concurrent project portfolios). I’ve successfully transitioned organizations from Waterfall to Agile, implemented company-wide process improvements, built automated project management systems, and partnered with senior leadership to drive clarity, prioritization, and risk mitigation. My work has improved delivery predictability, strengthened team accountability, increased operational efficiency, and contributed directly to revenue growth. I’m particularly effective in fast-moving or transitional environments where teams need structure, alignment, and forward momentum without losing strategic focus. If you’re looking for someone who can both zoom out to see the system and zoom in to ensure execution, I can help.
