What I've done with Claude: - Managed an enterprise Claude implementation at a regulated financial firm. - Ran a Claude Team deployment and the Microsoft 365 environment at a data center developer: workspace setup, custom Projects, hands-on training, and a clean decommission with a full SharePoint archive when the environment was retired. I've run the full lifecycle, not just the kickoff. - Built a market intelligence system at the same company: one automated agent per state across 25 states reading municipal meeting minutes, with Claude scoring the signals, built to surface data center development 6-12 months before public announcement. Automated weekly briefings went to the executive team. - Delivered a credit evaluation and accounts receivable system for a manufacturer. It generates credit reports and payment-terms recommendations, and now runs in accounts the client owns. It recommends, the CFO decides. - Built a title search automation tool on Claude Cowork and Claude in Chrome with a custom Agent Skill that works through government portals and compiles the report. - Delivered Claude training and advisory for a behavioral health provider, including what can and can't be shared with Claude around PHI and what a HIPAA-eligible deployment requires.
