Valentina A.

I help businesses and teams organize projects, improve workflows, and turn ideas into well-executed initiatives. My background combines Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, and Chemical Engineering, allowing me to bring both a structured operational mindset and technical problem-solving skills to the projects I support. On the marketing and operations side, I have experience with project coordination, task tracking, client communication, content coordination, CRM management, workflow organization, and follow-ups. I’ve worked with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Klaviyo, and GoHighLevel. As a Chemical Engineer, I also have experience supporting technical and research projects involving process analysis, experimental data, laboratory work, process optimization, and technical documentation. My academic research focused on extracting oil from coffee waste and evaluating its technical feasibility for cosmetic applications, including the development of a hand cream prototype. I’m particularly interested in supporting projects across marketing, operations, product development, cosmetics, and technical environments where organization, attention to detail, research, and cross-functional coordination are important. Areas I can support: ⭐️ Marketing Operations & Coordination ⭐️ Project & Operations Management ⭐️ Workflow & Process Improvement ⭐️ Client & Stakeholder Communication ⭐️ Research & Data Analysis ⭐️ Cosmetic & Product Development Support ⭐️ Technical Documentation ⭐️ Administrative & Executive Support My focus is not just on managing tasks, but on improving how projects are executed, so teams can deliver on time, stay aligned, and scale without chaos. 📌 I also offer consultations to review and optimize marketing workflows, project coordination, and team communication.
