I design and run the AI systems businesses operate on such as voice agents fielding hundreds of calls a day, document pipelines that replace a data-entry desk, and agents that act inside your CRM instead of just chatting about it. Most AI automation breaks in week six. An API version changes, a webhook times out, a duplicate slips through, and nobody notices until the leads stop arriving. I build for that day. SYSTEMS I BUILD - Voice AI infrastructure : inbound and outbound call routing, appointment booking, transcription and call logging at 200+ calls per day, with SMS confirmation and automatic escalation to a human the moment a transfer fails - Agentic systems : tool-calling agents with memory that search products, look up orders, place them, and hand off cleanly when they reach their limit - Document and data pipelines : OCR to structured records for invoices, VAT logs, receipts and costing, at volumes nobody wants to key in by hand - Revenue operations : lead capture, enrichment, scoring, deduplication and routing across HubSpot, Airtable, Supabase and Google Sheets - Content and SEO engines — brief to draft to generated imagery to published WordPress post with structured meta, tracked end to end - Internal tooling and API middleware : the connective layer between systems that were never designed to talk to each other - Reporting people actually read : automated executive briefings that summarise the day, flag escalations, and recommend what to fix next - Rescue and hardening : auditing, debugging and rebuilding automations that break, drift, or invent data I also build and maintain the applications these systems plug into : Shopify, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript , so when the automation needs the product to change, that is not a second contractor and a second timeline. HOW I WORK 1. Architecture first. I map the trigger, every branch, and every way it can fail, and agree it with you before a single scenario is built. 2. Fallbacks, not happy paths. Every router gets an else. Every lookup gets a not-found route. Every list gets deduplicated. 3. Tested against your real data, never sample data. 4. Documented handover.
