Lucy M.

Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m a virtual assistant based in England (GMT) who supports creatives and small businesses with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. Many founders and creatives end up spending huge amounts of time answering emails, replying to DMs, organising collaborations and handling day-to-day admin — time that could be spent on the creative work they actually love. That’s where I come in. I help with inbox management, responding to enquiries, social media support, coordinating brand communications and general admin, helping businesses stay organised while they grow. Alongside this, I come from a performing arts background, which has made me highly self-motivated, organised and very comfortable communicating with people. I also have a strong love for writing and clear communication, which is especially valuable when managing customer messages and brand enquiries. I genuinely enjoy supporting creative projects and helping artists, founders and small brands protect their time so they can focus on what they do best. If you're looking for someone reliable, proactive and organised to support your business behind the scenes, I’d love to help.
