My background is a combination of product operations, merchandising and data analysis. I currently work as a Product Coordinator at New Era Cap Australia. My work includes product data, pricing, promotions, customer discounts, order forms, and sales and inventory reporting. I regularly work with stock on hand, available to promise, sell through, weeks cover and residual stock, along with detailed Excel reporting workflows connecting information across approximately 20 tabs. Before New Era, I worked in merchandising and product development at Dekko ISHO Group on the Ralph Lauren woven product account. I worked with technical packs, BOMs, fabric and material sourcing, product development tracking, consumption data and sample coordination. That experience matters because I do not look at product and inventory data as just rows in a spreadsheet. I understand the operational process behind the numbers.
