Subashini S.

I am a sustainability and building systems consultant specialising in building management systems (BMS), HVAC optimisation, and energy efficiency. I help organisations improve building performance, reduce energy consumption, and align projects with modern sustainability frameworks. My experience combines engineering and sustainability strategy, including smart building projects such as Project Haystack tagging, data mapping, and integrating BMS into smart buildings. I also work on environmental data analysis and sustainability reporting aligned with ESG frameworks and Lifecycle Assessment (LCA). In addition, I evaluate the environmental impact of AI technologies to support responsible digital transformation. I support clients with BMS consulting, HVAC energy optimisation, sustainability strategy, environmental data analysis, and smart building solutions, delivering practical, data-driven improvements in efficiency and sustainability.
