HTML email templates that render cleanly in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, and that your team can edit and reuse in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Brevo. A broken template costs you twice. Subscribers delete emails that look wrong on their phone or in Outlook, and a template nobody on your team can edit turns every campaign into a design ticket. I fix both. I design and build responsive, on-brand templates, then set them up inside your platform so you can send the next campaign yourself. WHAT YOU GET - Custom HTML email templates, hand-built with table layouts and inline CSS for consistent rendering - Figma to Klaviyo, PSD to Mailchimp, or any design converted into email-ready HTML - Editable, reusable blocks in Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Brevo (Sendinblue), so non-designers can update content safely - Mobile-first layouts tested in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, iOS and Android, with dark-mode checks - Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back emails designed to match your templates - Newsletter templates, promo and BFCM layouts, product launch and announcement emails - Signup forms and popups styled to your brand PROBLEMS I SOLVE - Emails that look fine in Gmail but break in Outlook - Stretched or missing images, clipped emails, broken mobile stacking - Templates only a developer can edit - Branding that drifts between flows, campaigns and newsletters - Layouts with no clear call to action, so clicks stay low - Old templates that need a redesign or a move to a new platform - Slow campaigns because every send waits on a designer WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU Emails that look right on every device and inbox. Campaigns your team ships without a developer. One consistent brand across every send. Each email built around one action: recover a cart, win a first order or bring back a past buyer. PLATFORMS Klaviyo (certified), Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue) Also: Omnisend, Kit (ConvertKit), MailerLite, Beehiiv, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel WHY THIS WORKS FOR YOUR BRAND Design and platform skills in one person. I don't hand you a file and leave. I build it in your account, link it to your flows and campaigns, and test it before it goes out. My Klaviyo background is in retention. I have managed 30+ campaigns and automation workflows for fashion, skincare and beverage brands, including redesigned templates and improved abandoned cart and welcome flows. Clients rate my work 5 stars for attention to detail, communication and understanding their customers. HOW I WORK 1. Brief: your platform, brand assets, past emails and the one action each email should drive 2. Design: in Figma, or from your PSD or existing design 3. Build: clean, lightweight HTML, mobile-responsive and editable 4. Test: major inboxes and devices, links, tracking and dynamic content 5. Handover: templates uploaded to your account, plus a short guide for your team DELIVERABILITY BUILT IN Heavy images, bloated code and missing alt text push emails toward spam. I keep templates light, balance image and text, and can check SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup so your emails reach the inbox. WHAT I DON'T DO - Copy-paste templates. Every build starts from your brand. - Image-only emails that break when images are blocked. - Disappear. You get clear updates and a fast reply. WHO I WORK WITH Shopify and DTC brands, newsletter publishers, agencies and small teams that want professional email without needing a developer for every send. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), a design file or sample emails you like, a team invite to your email platform, and the one action you want each email to drive. If you have no design yet, I start from your brand and your best-performing past emails. START HERE Send me your email platform, a sample email or design file, and what you want it to do. I'll reply with my approach, a clear scope and a price. Click "Invite to Job" or send a message.
