I’m a creative strategist and scriptwriter who designs systems that help organisations and brands create lasting change. Whether I’m developing a strategy, shaping a campaign, designing a customer experience, or writing a script, my approach is the same: understand how people think, create ideas that hold attention, and build experiences that people actually want to engage with. As a scriptwriter, I write narrative, audio-visual and animation scripts, with a particular focus on storytelling, structure, pacing and audience attention. My background is in psychology, but over the years that has evolved into something broader. I combine behavioural science, marketing strategy, learning design, experience design, AI, and systems thinking to solve business problems from a human perspective. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology (2007) and completed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training at PCI College in Dublin (2014). For ten years, I worked as a psychologist within the Irish Education and Training Board, carrying out cognitive assessments and designing and delivering programmes on social skills, personal development, resilience, stress management, and higher-level thinking skills. That experience shaped the way I approach every project today: understand people first, then design systems that help them succeed. ◇ Coaching & Behaviour Change I continue to work with individuals through coaching, accountability, and behaviour change. I help clients turn ambitious goals into practical action by creating clear plans, building sustainable habits, and maintaining momentum over time. My work combines cognitive psychology, behavioural science, motivational interviewing, and structured accountability to create lasting rather than temporary change. ◇ Strategy, Marketing & Experience Design Alongside coaching, I work with businesses and organisations on strategy and growth. Rather than creating isolated campaigns or one-off pieces of content, I design complete systems where positioning, messaging, customer journeys, content, community, AI, and customer experience reinforce one another.
