Peter S.

Hi! I’m Peter, a Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Professional with over 14 years of experience in customer service, sales, hotel reservations, e-commerce support, and team operations. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with companies such as IHG Hotels & Resorts and eBay, where I handled customer inquiries, reservations, account concerns, claims, order-related issues, and other customer service needs. I also progressed into SME, coaching, and Team Leader roles, giving me experience not only in handling customers but also in supporting teams and managing daily operations. I can help businesses with: • Customer support through voice, chat, and email • Virtual assistance and administrative tasks • Hotel reservations and booking support • E-commerce customer service and order support • Data entry and CRM management • Lead generation and outbound sales • Appointment scheduling and calendar management • Customer retention and issue resolution • Team and workflow support I’m comfortable working with established processes and SOPs, handling high-volume workloads, documenting customer interactions, and dealing with challenging situations professionally. I’m looking for long-term opportunities where I can use my customer service and operations experience to provide reliable support and help the business run more efficiently. If you’re looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and experienced in working directly with customers, I’d be happy to discuss how I can support your business.
