Marvin B.

I support construction projects by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, engineers, and contractors, even in remote or online work environments. With hands-on experience as a Civil Project Engineer, I help manage project progress, monitor quality, and ensure alignment with project plans, budgets, and timelines. I specialize in contractor billing and invoicing, project cost tracking, documentation, scheduling, and preparing organized reports that provide clients with clear visibility of project status. I also review plans and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. In addition to engineering support, I am experienced in administrative and operational tasks such as data tracking, email communication, report preparation, scheduling, and coordination. My background in handling real-time construction and site concerns has strengthened my problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. I am proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. My goal is to help clients avoid delays, control costs, and maintain high-quality project results through reliable coordination, accurate reporting, and proactive communication.
