Ahmed M.

I build sites using Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, and Showit that load fast and convert. I delivered 150+ projects across eCommerce, service-based, wellness, fashion, personal/author and B2B. I'm Ahmed. Most sites I get handed look fine and still lose money. The problem is rarely the design. It's a six second mobile load, a checkout with three steps that don't need to be there, or a product page that buries the one thing the buyer came to find. That's the work. Shopify development and optimization: Custom stores built from scratch, Shopify 2.0, Liquid, theme customization, app integrations, Shopify Plus. I've been a Shopify Select Partner since 2019. Webflow design and development: Figma to Webflow builds, CMS setup, eCommerce, interactions and animations that don't tank your load time. Conversion rate optimization: Landing pages, checkout flow, trust signal placement, product page structure. Working with the traffic you already have before spending more on ads. Speed optimization: Core Web Vitals, performance audits, render blocking scripts, image and app bloat. Usually the cheapest revenue you'll find. UI/UX design Mobile-first wireframes and design systems in Figma, built around how people actually buy. Redesigns and migrations: WordPress, Squarespace, Showit, Wix. Moving off a platform that's outgrown you without losing rankings. Who I work best with: Store owners doing real volume, agencies who need a reliable build partner, and founders who want someone to tell them what's actually wrong instead of quoting whatever they asked for. Send me your URL. I'll come back with what I'd fix first and why, before you commit to anything.
