AI Agents & LINE Chatbots | Workflow Automation, n8n, Python, RAG
Three years ago I had never written a line of code. Today a team of AI agents I built can file and cross-check thousands of records in an afternoon. It started one night in 2023, when I sent my first message to a large language model and the reply felt like talking to a species made of something completely different from us. I've been chasing that feeling ever since. With no math or programming background, and with a hearing impairment, I started from one line of code and kept going: - At my university's international office, a staff member asked how to sort, file and verify the records of more than 3,000 students, which would have taken months by hand. My two-agent workflow, where one agent does the work and a second agent re-checks everything independently, finished it in one afternoon, and every record checked out. - A history professor gave me over a thousand photos of German diplomatic documents from the 1880s. Six agents handled text recognition, sorting, linking, translation and checking in two days, and random spot checks found no errors. - Here on Upwork I built a LINE customer-service bot for a client, and I keep my own LINE bot template for small shops: it answers the common questions and hands the rest to staff. - A fix I submitted to OpenClaw, the open-source AI agent framework, was merged by its maintainers. - My agents are now building a game world of my university campus. I give a few instructions in chat, a lead agent assigns the work, and the others discuss and only stop when they need my decision. None of this happened overnight. I learned to code line by line and I'm still filling in the math problem by problem. I use AI to turn lectures into live transcripts because I don't always catch what's said. Most of my first proposals here went unanswered until one client gave me a chance, and that project taught me how to turn what a client says into what the code has to do. What I can build for you: LINE and chat bots, workflow automation, multi-agent pipelines for document-heavy work (download, classify, cross-check, file), and knowledge bases that answer from your own documents. How I work: I write the scope in plain language before I start, I build in a second check so you're never trusting a single AI pass, and I hand over documentation that non-engineers can read. I'm in Taiwan (UTC+8) and I work best in writing, which suits remote projects. Send me the task you keep doing by hand every week, and I'll tell you how I'd automate it.
