Diana O.

With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism, and a Master's in Corporate Communication, I have over 15 years of experience in tourism companies, working in various roles and areas. I started my career at an airline as a customer service agent, then worked in hospitality as a receptionist, reservations agent, group coordinator, and events coordinator. These roles allowed me to develop key skills such as customer service, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. A notable achievement was my role as Rooms Manager, where I led the pre-opening of a hotel, managing purchases, hiring, processes, and operations. I'm an outgoing person with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly. I've worked with differents Global Distribution and Property Management Systems, and have practiced English for over 20 years, communicating with clients and suppliers without issues. I'm excited about the possibility of working with a foreign company, contributing my skills and tools to meet objectives. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
