I help businesses coordinate projects, manage suppliers, improve processes and keep complex work moving through to completion. My role was not limited to administration or tracking. I worked across business and technical stakeholders to identify missing information, manage dependencies, investigate blockers, coordinate the appropriate specialists and drive workstreams through to completion. I also provided remote technical coordination via Microsoft Teams, guiding store teams through network equipment connections and connectivity troubleshooting and coordinating further technical intervention where required. I don't need to be the technical expert to own the coordination of a technical workstream. I identify the right specialist, coordinate the activity, maintain visibility, manage dependencies and follow through until the work is completed.
