Hi! I’m Andrea, and I’m an organized, detail-oriented professional with 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, billing, payroll, HR, and administrative support. Over the years, I’ve worked in different industries and learned how important it is to stay organized, follow up on things, and actually get them done. My day-to-day experience includes processing and tracking invoices, managing vendor and customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, handling billing, reconciling transactions, preparing reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting payroll. I also have extensive HR experience, so I’m very comfortable working with confidential employee information, payroll, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR documentation. I believe this combination of accounting, payroll, and HR experience allows me to be a great all-around support for a growing business. I’ve worked with QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, ADP, Textura, Procore, Trimble Pay, and CRM systems, and I’m always comfortable learning a new system when needed.
