I also run geometry and stress analysis to make sure the part will actually hold up before anything gets manufactured. My background is in real-world problem solving: I've completed 40+ projects for clients across automotive, industrial machinery, medical devices, jewelry, and consumer products. 38 out of 40 resulted in fully functional parts on the first or second iteration. I don't just model shapes. I think about how the part will be used, what forces it will face, and what manufacturing process it's headed for. I also bring 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial and medical 3D printing, working with engineering and medical-grade materials: PA12-CF, PAHT-CF, ASA-CF X10, French medical-grade TPE, and Facilan Ortho and Facilan 100 for orthotic and medical applications. That means I design knowing exactly how the part will behave on the machine and in service, not just how it looks on screen.
