Katelyn M.

I’m a grant writer, funding strategist, and nonprofit consultant with 20 years of experience helping organizations secure funding and build sustainable revenue strategies. I support nonprofits through the full funding lifecycle, from identifying aligned grant opportunities and building targeted prospect lists, to writing competitive proposals and developing long-term funding strategies that connect program goals with funder priorities. My work is grounded in both research and strategy, ensuring that every application is well-written and positioned to win. I’ve worked across public media, the arts, health and human services, education, and social justice organizations. This cross-sector experience allows me to quickly understand complex programs, translate impact into compelling narratives, and align messaging with a wide range of institutional and foundation funders. Clients hire me when they need clarity, structure, and execution in their fundraising, whether that means building a grant pipeline from scratch, strengthening an existing development strategy, or stepping in to produce high-quality proposals under tight deadlines. I’ve secured funding ranging from small local foundation grants to six-figure federal awards.
