I want to work with teams I haven't worked with before and build my own remote practice. → Almost everything I've built at the firm sits under NDA, so I can't turn that experience into public social proof. Working here is how I start building up a body of cases I can actually share. → I prefer working directly with founders and operators (see my video intro). With big enterprises you're never that close to the impact. I want to be where the ideas that move the numbers get raised and built. The way I see it, you can only charge a percentage of the value you create. So every system I build is pointed at two things: more revenue for the client, and easier work for their team through the tools they wish they had. My latest work includes: A custom finance app for a mid-sized manufacturing company in Argentina. They upload a file and the system takes care of the rest: transaction summaries, incomes and expenses categorized, everything wired into their P&L. It doesn't replace their CFO. It's what the CFO wished he had. There's a walkthrough with dummy data in my portfolio. A footwear brand in Argentina that operates as both a factory and an e-commerce. I built and connected the systems behind their day-to-day: a financial data pipeline feeding the P&L, content production workflows, Meta ads analysis with break-even ROAS modeling, logistics tracking, and returns processing. The month prior to working together they where actually losing money. After 55 days we hit a $15k net profit month. There's a walkthrough of the Google Sheets backend in my portfolio. A Notion workspace integrated with Google Sheets, Forms, and AI for a construction group in Chile that operates eight shopping centers. It automates the COO's full supervision layer: whether the on-site lead showed up, whether the bathrooms were cleaned, whether security came through, whether the gas and electricity meters were read on time, whether invoices to the retail tenants went out, and more.
