Mahima M.

I am a full stack developer working in React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript. I build custom web applications, SaaS platforms and AI-powered product features as part of the Matrix Marketers development team, where I have worked since 2018. Most of my work sits on modern JavaScript stacks: React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js and Express on the back end, and MongoDB or Firebase for data. I am equally comfortable starting a new build or joining an existing platform to extend it, and much of my project history is exactly that: enhancing live products with new features, integrations and AI capabilities. RECENT UPWORK WORK - Next.js and Firebase platform development: I built features for a custom platform including a reviews system, real-time ads and location-based filtering. - Custom web portal for a client's CRM system: I am part of the agency team building a React and Node.js portal on top of the client's existing CRM, including AI-driven functionality. Client feedback on the Next.js and Firebase project: "Very reliable person who was very easy to reach and diligent in her work. No problems at all throughout the process." PROJECT EXPERIENCE - Conversational AI calling platform (SaaS): I developed and enhanced the React front end that lets businesses create, configure and manage multiple AI calling agents, each with its own prompts, predefined questions, conversation rules and behaviour for a specific sales or customer-engagement use case. - AI sales intelligence platform: full stack and AI development on a platform that identifies website visitors, monitors buyer intent, tracks campaign performance, automates outreach and supports AI-powered sales agents. - AI travel planning platform: React and Node.js full stack development for personalised itineraries, local attractions, dining options, route optimisation and trip-planning tools. - Tournament management platform: Next.js and Firebase enhancements covering tournament creation, bracket management, user access control and an AI-powered chatbot for participant engagement. - Sports data platform: full stack development on a service delivering real-time and historical sports data feeds to other developers through APIs, for fantasy sports, betting, mobile and web products. - Pet services platform: MERN stack website development for a digital pet-care service. WHAT I CAN HELP WITH - Full stack web applications: React or Next.js front ends with Node.js and Express back ends, built in JavaScript or TypeScript. - SaaS platforms: multi-user products with dashboards, configurable features and access control. - API development and integration: building REST APIs and connecting your application to external platforms and data sources, including existing business systems. - AI features inside web products: chatbots, AI agent configuration interfaces and AI-assisted workflows built into the application your users already work in. - Extending existing platforms: adding features to a live product, improving what is already there and keeping it maintainable. HOW I WORK I join projects as a dependable member of the delivery team. I keep communication regular, I am easy to reach, and I work through features in clear stages so you always know where things stand. Being reliable, easy to reach and diligent is the standard I hold myself to on every engagement. If you have a web application to build or an existing platform to extend, send me your requirements, feature list or current codebase details and I will tell you how I would approach it.
