Missed follow-ups, leads scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets, and hours lost to manual data entry quietly cost your business time and sales every week. Most owners know it’s happening, but don’t have the time or technical skill to fix it. I help small businesses, founders, and agencies solve this by building automated systems with GoHighLevel CRM, n8n, Make, and Airtable. I don’t sell automation for its own sake. I start by mapping your workflow and finding the exact bottleneck, then I build, test, and hand over a system designed around it. Here’s what that looks like in practice: CRM setup and pipeline automation in GoHighLevel, from lead capture to follow-up sequences. AI agents and assistants built with n8n and Make for lead qualification, customer replies, and content workflows. Custom databases and trackers in Airtable, connected to your other tools so nothing is entered twice. Instant lead routing, automated onboarding, and multi-channel auto-responders. Recent work includes a lead qualification system that sorts incoming leads and alerts the team automatically, a lead capture workflow that logs every enquiry in Airtable and sends an instant alert, and an Airtable change management tracker built for a pharmaceutical manufacturing process. My background in executive support means I understand how a business runs day to day, so what I build fits how your team works.
