Most newsletters don’t fail because of bad content. They fail because the system behind them is broken. Most email marketing setups fail at three critical points: – Poor deliverability (emails don’t reach inboxes) – Weak automation (no consistent engagement) – No structure to capture and convert subscribers I specialize in fixing and building complete email systems that solve these problems from the ground up. I work with Beehiiv, Substack, and Mailchimp to create newsletters that don’t just send emails; but actually grow, engage, and convert. Here’s how I can help: ⚙️ Setup & Deliverability • Full newsletter setup and configuration • Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Inbox placement optimization • Platform migration without data loss 🔁 Automation & Systems • Welcome sequences and onboarding flows • Automated nurture and engagement sequences • Conversion-focused email funnels • Subscriber tagging and segmentation • Re-engagement campaigns 📈 Growth & Performance • Newsletter growth systems (lead magnets, referrals) • Open rate and click optimization • Email list cleaning and performance improvement • A/B testing for campaigns 🌐 Landing Pages & Funnel Setup • High-converting landing pages for email capture • Signup forms and lead magnet integration • Simple website or page setup connected to your email system • Funnel flow from visitor → subscriber → customer The goal is simple: A complete system where people find you, subscribe, stay engaged, and eventually become customers. Not just emails - but a system that works behind the scenes. If your current setup isn’t doing that, let’s fix it. Kindly send a message NOW and let's discuss.
