Sumaiyyah A.

I support teams by bringing structure, organization, and clear communication to day-to-day operations. With a background in Psychology and experience across clinical, academic, and client-facing environments, I help teams manage workflows, documentation, coordination tasks, and administrative processes with accuracy and consistency. My experience includes an HR internship where I supported recruitment-related activities such as candidate communication, initial screening, and organizing applicant information. In addition, my work across mental health and education settings has involved maintaining documentation, supporting team processes, coordinating responsibilities, and developing training and educational materials. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in workflow coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, task tracking, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and attention to detail. I am available for roles involving Operations Support, Administrative Coordination, HR Assistance, Recruitment Coordination, Program Support, and Client Operations. I bring a combination of organizational skills and psychology-based understanding to support teams in improving processes, communication, and execution.
