At the same enterprise, a claims single-source-of-truth dashboard that delivered $4M in annual savings. 2. AI strategy fact-find and roadmap for a global luxury retailer's executive team: structured discovery across every function, 23 AI use cases scored on value and feasibility, and a leadership-approved phased roadmap. I advised and co-owned the implementation; the first wave is on track to deliver 1,500+ hours a year back to the business.
