At RBC, I supported 11 mid-market financing and M&A transactions ranging from $15M to $300M, including senior credit facilities, refinancings, and sponsor-backed acquisitions. My work included models supporting indicative term sheets, credit-agreement review, and post-refinancing paydown and credit analysis. I bring a lender’s view to the model. I know which assumptions a credit committee tests first, where lenders apply borrowing-base haircuts, and what can make a bank group say no. That is different from a model that simply looks right.
