Losing leads because enquiries sit unanswered? Spending hours on admin your team shouldn't have to do? I build automations, AI systems and websites that reply to every enquiry, follow up automatically and take repetitive admin off your plate, so a small firm can compete with businesses twice its size. One person for all your digital needs: from the website that brings customers in, to the systems that follow up and keep them. No juggling separate agencies and freelancers. Before development, I spent two years at NatWest as an Assistant Relationship Manager, so I understand how professional service businesses run. What I build: - Lead capture and instant enquiry replies, with automatic follow-ups - Workflow automations inside your own Google Workspace, CRM or tools - AI chatbots and assistants trained on your own information - Dashboards and internal tools that pull everything into one place - Fast, custom, SEO-optimised websites and web apps (Next.js, React, TypeScript) - Payments and subscriptions with Stripe - Ongoing support, updates and SEO care plans Recent work: - SupportAI: an AI customer support platform (OpenAI, Postgres, Stripe) - My Institute: an online school with student and teacher portals, scheduling and automated emails - CuraPharm: a two-branch pharmacy site rebuilt from WordPress, with forms that route to the right branch - Enquiry and referral automations for a US healthcare practice, built so patient data never leaves their own systems "A highly professional website builder who exceeded our expectations."
