FYI: I am actually based in the US, but currently on a long vacation in India due to a family emergency. I am a scientist, science writer, science communicator, and college professor with a PhD in Molecular Biophysics (Chemistry) from the Graduate Center, CUNY. I have over 10 years of experience in academic research, teaching, and scientific communication. My expertise includes teaching chemistry and biology laboratory and lecture courses at different colleges in the CUNY system in New York City for 9 years. I have experience with online platforms such as Blackboard and Brightspace. My teaching included both online teaching and teaching in person. I have also tutored undergraduate students one on one in CUNY. I specialize in transforming complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. My role as a science communicator has involved writing and editing for reputable journals and organizations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all publications. My research encompasses Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biophysics. I have expertise in techniques such as solution-state NMR, HPLC, mass spectrometry, UV-vis spectroscopy, recombinant protein expression, recombinant DNA technology, and mammalian cell culture. If you need an experienced professional to help enhance your scientific writing, support your publications or academic proposals, or write/edit/review scientific articles (academic and non-academic)/content, I can provide the clarity and precision you require. I can also help teach undergraduate Chemistry and Biology, especially for the US curriculum. If you need expert consultation on Structural Biology, recombinant protein/peptide expression, and Biochemistry in general, please get in touch. Let’s collaborate to bring your project to fruition!
