I help businesses implement secure monitoring platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems, recover compromised systems, and stabilize production environments across Linux, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, and Oracle technologies. My recent work includes the implementation and final validation of a secure Zabbix-based MSP monitoring proof of concept. The project covered application configuration, MSP standardization, onboarding of the initial reference environment, Windows and Linux monitoring, Zabbix Server and Proxy communication, Agent 2 deployment, PSK-encrypted connections, templates, triggers, maintenance periods, and helpdesk alerting.
