Architect & designer

Hi, I'm Madina 👋 I turn photos, sketches and rough ideas into clean floor plans and photo-real 3D that a client can approve, submit or list the same week. → Rebuilt a 1992 cabin boat as a print-ready 3D model from one short video and two photographs. → Matched an office fit-out in Revit to the reference image it was briefed from, then drew its 1:50 plan from the model's own dimensions so the two agree. → Delivered ten finished pieces across AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Blender: plans, elevations, BIM models and lit 3D. I'm new to Upwork and building my first reviews, so you'll get everything I've got. Have a look at the work below. I'd love to hear what you're building 😊 ——— The longer, sit-down version: Hello again 😊 I'm Madina Aghazada. I draw and model buildings and spaces for people who need something clear enough to build from, sell with, or put in front of a client tomorrow. That means floor plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD, BIM models in Revit, and 3D models and lit renders in SketchUp and Blender. Most of this work starts with less than you would think is enough. A phone video. Two photos. A hand sketch on grid paper. A plan from 1998 that nobody can read. My job is to take that and give back something finished: dimensioned, titled, labelled, and in the file format you actually asked for. Selected work: • Rebuilt a 23 ft cabin boat in 3D from one short video and two photographs. Modelled it as a single watertight body and cut the cockpit afterwards so it stayed manifold, shrinkwrapped the hull decals to match the photos, print-checked all 51 parts, then rendered it from four angles. • Matched an office fit-out to the reference image it was briefed from. Authored every element in Revit rather than downloading it, delivered the model in three views including an isometric cutaway, and drew the AutoCAD plan at 1:50 from the model's own dimensions, so the drawing and the model agree with each other. • Modelled a two-storey villa in SketchUp and camera-matched it to the design target, same corner and same light, then drafted both floor plans side by side at 1:100 so the two levels read at the same scale. Explored five design options before the one that shipped. • Drafted and plotted five AutoCAD sheets: an office fit-out plan, an apartment block typical floor, the retail ground floor of a plaza, a single family house elevation set, and a five-storey block elevation and section. Proper layers, full dimensions, title blocks and room labels, ready to hand over or submit. • Modelled and lit interiors and exteriors in 3D, including a warm modern kitchen and a brick and timber corner building, so a client sees the material and the light rather than just the layout. How I work: you send what you have, I tell you exactly what I can deliver and by when, and then I hit that date. Revisions are part of the price, not a surprise on the invoice. You get the final files clean and organised, DWG, SKP, BLEND, PDF and PNG, named so you can still find them in six months. One thing I'll say straight out: I'm new to Upwork. The work is not new, the profile is. For my first few projects I'm after a small number of clients whose jobs I can do properly and who will say so afterwards, because a strong review and a real case study are worth more to me right now than the fee. In practice that means more attention than the rate suggests, faster replies than you expect, and revisions until it is right rather than until the hours run out. Whatever the job is, you get everything I have. One honest line: I deliver drawings, models and visuals. Anything that legally needs a licensed architect's stamp still needs a licensed architect, and I'll tell you that up front rather than after you have paid. I'm from Azerbaijan, based in Budapest, and I work with clients anywhere. Where you are has never been the thing that decides whether a drawing lands. I work in Russian, English and Azerbaijani, so less gets lost between what you pictured and what I draw, and you can explain the job in whichever one you think in. When you work with me you get someone who reads the brief properly, asks the two questions that actually matter, and sends work back faster than you expected. That's the whole pitch 😃 Looking forward to seeing your project. — Madina
