Most founders I work with have a real company and a story that undersells it. The product is good. The brand is forgettable. The go-to-market is a guess dressed up as a plan. That's the problem I fix. Over 20 years I've built companies from scratch, not advised people who were. I co-founded a SaaS diagnostics platform that reached 5,000+ customers and sold to Advance Auto Parts. I launched a spirits brand across 18 markets and 1,000+ accounts. I've raised the money, built the teams, and run the marketing myself, from brand identity to campaign execution to the P&L that had to justify all of it. That's what makes the work different. When I develop a brand, I'm thinking about how it sells, not just how it looks. When I write positioning, I know what a sales team will actually say in a room. When I build a go-to-market plan, it's built around what the market will actually do, not what we hope it does.
