Joshua A.

I am a Shopify Virtual Assistant specializing in product listings, store management, and SEO. I partner with e-commerce brands to optimize their Shopify stores, increase product visibility, and drive sales. From SEO friendly product titles and descriptions to accurate inventory and order processing, I handle every backend task so your store runs smoothly. For example, optimized product listings are proven to “increase click-through rates and drive more sales”, and dedicated store management avoids costly delays and errors. One Shopify expert even calls store management “the end-to-end process of running a successful Shopify store everything from product uploads, inventory control, and customer service to ongoing store optimization”. I focus on those details so you can scale your brand instead of firefighting daily issues. CORE SERVICES (Key Offerings): *Shopify Store Setup & Customization: Configure theme, navigation, pages, and essential apps to match your brand. *Product Uploads & Catalog Management: Add or bulk import products (variants, tags, images) and organize collections accurately. *Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Keep stock levels updated, process orders end-to-end, and catch fulfillment errors before they reach customers. *Customer Support & Returns: Handle customer emails, chat tickets, and refunds in your brand voice to keep reviews positive. *SEO & Keyword Optimization: Research relevant keywords and craft SEO friendly titles, descriptions, and meta tags to improve organic visibility. *Store Maintenance & Reporting: Perform regular updates, app integrations, and performance tweaks to keep your site fast, secure, and optimized. PRICING & ENGAGEMENT: I offer flexible terms: hourly contracts or fixed-price packages tailored to your project scope. A typical engagement might start at ~$10–$50/hr for ongoing support, or a fixed fee for store setup/audit. I’m also happy to begin with a short paid trial task (e.g. product uploads or an SEO audit) so you can evaluate my work before committing to a larger project.
