I’m an Architectural Designer and AutoCAD specialist with 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial drafting, construction documentation, permit drawings, zoning/code coordination, and existing-condition updates. I have also completed projects in California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, and other U.S. jurisdictions. I’m comfortable reviewing a project beyond simply drafting what is marked up. I pay attention to dimensions, construction logic, inconsistencies between drawings, missing information, and coordination issues that may create problems later in permitting or construction. I can also work from registered point clouds and scan information to update existing CAD drawings and document existing conditions. My recent work has included detailed architectural/shop-drawing coordination using LiDAR/point-cloud information. Important: I am an architectural designer/CAD professional, not a licensed architect or professional engineer. When a jurisdiction requires signed or sealed documents, I prepare and coordinate the drawing package for review by the appropriate licensed professional.
