Project Manager / Operations Lead | Systems, SOPs, AI Workflows
I turn leadership direction into execution. I work with founders and executive teams who have the vision but need someone they can trust to take ownership of the operational details, figure out what needs to happen next, coordinate the people involved, and bring the work across the finish line. My work sits between Fractional Operations Lead, Project Manager, and execution-focused Chief of Staff. I am strongest in fast-moving environments where priorities cross multiple departments and leadership cannot spend its time personally tracking every deadline, vendor, decision, document, or open loop. I work with a high level of autonomy. I do not need step-by-step instructions or constant supervision. Give me the objective, context, and desired outcome, and I will identify what is missing, build the plan, surface risks, coordinate stakeholders, create the necessary structure, and keep execution moving. In my recent role as an Operations Team Leader for a U.S.-based impact center, I work directly with executive leadership across operations, facilities, legal and finance coordination, technology, web development, vendors, venue rentals, long-term partnerships, and internal systems. My scope has included: - Turning CEO/executive direction into executable plans and completed deliverables - Cross-functional project and operations management - Building centralized operational trackers, dashboards, workflows, and automations - Designing end-to-end operational processes and SOPs - Leading software/platform implementations and launch readiness - Coordinating legal, finance, insurance, facilities, architects, vendors, and technology teams - Building operational contract and policy packages for professional review and approval - Tracking decisions, dependencies, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding commitments - Developing booking, payment, customer journey, and internal approval workflows - Creating partnership/application processes and operational frameworks - Translating business requirements into clear direction for web and technical teams - Identifying gaps and bottlenecks proactively rather than waiting for them to become problems I am equally comfortable building the system and doing the work inside it. I can create the project structure, write the SOP, prepare the operational draft, coordinate the meeting, chase the dependency, review the deliverable, update leadership, and close the loop. I also bring previous leadership experience from a legal and financial operations environment, where I managed a large portfolio and developed a strong foundation in deadlines, sensitive documentation, accountability, client follow-through, performance tracking, and operating under pressure. What clients can expect from me: - Full ownership and independent execution - Strong judgment about what I can resolve vs. what genuinely needs leadership input - Clear priorities, accountability, and follow-through - Proactive identification of gaps, risks, and next steps - Strong written documentation and process design - Calm coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams - Practical systems that reduce manual follow-up and leadership dependency Tools: Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM/database systems, and AI-assisted operational workflows. I hold workflow and operations certifications across Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Zapier, and related platforms β but tools are secondary to the outcome. My priority is always to build the simplest structure that gives the business visibility, accountability, and reliable execution. If you need someone who can take leadershipβs direction, own what happens next, and make sure it actually gets done, that is where I do my best work.
