Most coaches and clinics are buried in manual work: scoring every intake by hand, copying data between tools, sending the same emails over and over. I build the AI automation systems that make all of it run on its own. I specialize in one thing and go deep: intelligent, done-for-you automation for coaches, clinics, and wellness businesses. Not forms that just collect data, but systems that score it, make decisions, generate personalized documents, and deliver the right thing to the right person automatically. A recent build: a Canadian performance medicine practice was manually scoring every patient assessment and emailing out the matching program by hand, hours every week. I built a system where the client completes a 16-question assessment, an engine scores them across 8 categories, and within seconds they are enrolled in the correct program and sent a personalized email. The practitioner does nothing. Built on Make, Typeform, Google Sheets, and Kajabi across 32 connected steps. His words: “Great job, exceeded expectations.” Another: I rescued and completed a broken AI document-generation system that produces personalized client materials from intake data using the Claude API, then engineered a two-pass safety layer that checks every document for sensitive-content issues before it is ever delivered. When output accuracy protects real people, that is the standard I build to.
