Are you a founder or executive who needs a premium EA to keep your world running while you scale? I help busy leaders reclaim 10+ hours per week by managing their executive, travel, lifestyle, and launch operations — so they can stay focused on high‑value decisions. I’ve supported a 2025 Visionary CIO at Bidvest Group and trained with McKinsey and Goldman Sachs, which means I understand the standards, pace, and confidentiality required at senior levels. I combine this with AI‑enabled workflows (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, ClickUp, Canva, Perplexity) to streamline operations and reduce friction. How I support you - Executive assistance calendar and inbox management, stakeholder coordination, meeting prep, documentation - Travel & lifestyle coordination: international travel, itineraries, bookings, reservations, lifestyle logistics - Luxury launches & events: launch planning and coordination, vendor and venue liaison, on‑the‑day execution - Personal brand support**: LinkedIn and social media assistance, basic content, captions, and publishing - Mentoring-style suppor: acting as a thinking partner, helping you prioritise, stay accountable, and align work with lifestyle goals What you can expect - A proactive partner, not a task taker – I anticipate needs and flag risks before they become issues - Clear communication, structured updates, and respect for your time and preferences - Discretion, reliability, and a calm, solutions‑focused approach when things change at the last minute If you’re looking for a well‑rounded EA, travel and lifestyle coordinator, and luxury launch partner who uses smart systems and AI to keep everything moving, I’d love to learn more about your world.
