Transforming Global Nursing Education & Integration | CEO of an Accredited German Nursing School & Academic Partner Moving away from traditional, restrictive recruitment toward genuine faculty and student empowerment. As the CEO of a state-approved German nursing school and a senior healthcare recruiter with years of hands-on experience, I bridge the gap between global nursing degrees and sustainable, high-level clinical careers in Germany. Why Partner with Me? CEO of an Accredited German Nursing School: I don't just teach German; I run an institution that shapes the future of healthcare professionals daily. I know the exact academic, legal, and clinical standards required by German hospitals and authorities. Years of Healthcare Recruiting Expertise: Having spent years inside the German recruitment machine, I know exactly where international integration fails—and how to fix it. I understand the pain points of both global universities and German employers. The TUSIONA Method: Unlike traditional agencies that create dependencies, I leverage my unique dual background to mentor international faculties, build sovereign structures (like Skills Labs), and prepare students for immediate clinical success (Nursing German B2+).
