Core Responsibilities & Process: • Draft dispute letters for all three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) – approximately 45 minutes • Create SSN card documentation when the client only provides an SSN number – approximately 5 minutes • File CFPB complaints at dispute initiation and follow-up after 15 days (twice monthly), including screenshots documenting account errors – approximately 1 hour • Conduct bureau dispute calls and follow up on results with all three bureaus – approximately 3 hours • Pull updated credit reports and provide client progress updates – approximately 35 minutes • Complete and file FTC reports – approximately 15 minutes • Upload dispute letters and documents through LetterStream – approximately 5 minutes Our mission is to deliver accurate, compliant, and results-driven credit solutions that help consumers and business owners regain financial control and secure future opportunities.
