Your team re-enters data between systems, runs approvals over email, or handles incoming requests by hand. That's not a people problem. It's a missing automation, and most of the time it's not a complicated one. Recent example: n8n pipeline that replaced manual email triage for an operations team. Gmail trigger, AI classification by intent and priority, automatic routing to Slack, the CRM, and outbound email. Under 3 seconds per request. The person who used to do it manually now does something else. Six years running automation for a regulated fintech holding with around 500 users. When a workflow breaks there, a payment stops. That context shapes how I build: integrations that handle duplicates and conflicts without failing silently, classification pipelines that pull structure from messy input and route it somewhere useful, sync with full audit logging because someone will always ask what happened. Jira Service Management (7 portals, 156,000+ tickets), Bitrix24, ManageEngine. All built from scratch, not inherited. Stack: n8n, Make com, OpenAI, REST APIs, webhooks. Everything tested on live data before handoff. On n8n specifically: lead qualification, support triage, invoice processing, scheduled reporting. First Upwork client described the result as "far more than a spreadsheet — a powerful campaign management system." 274-record operations tracker, live dashboard, auto-generated IDs, overdue alerts. Built, documented, handed over. Tell me what's costing your team the most time. I'll tell you whether it's actually worth automating.
